RULES & REGULATIONS:

1. HOW TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. All contest entries must be received on or before midnight EST October 31, 2008 (“Contest Closing Date”). To be entered into the contest, fill in the contest entry page or send your entry by email to: iLoveGCDA@GCDAmagazine.com or mail to: Girls Can Do Anything Magazine c/o I Love GCDA Contest, 15-75 Bayly Street West, Suite 229 Ajax Ontario, L1S 7K7 Canada. Be sure to include your name, your mailing address and your phone number or email so we can contact you if you win. Judges’ decisions will be final. Enter as often as you wish.

2. PRIZES: There will be a total of one (1) grand prize available to be won. Prize consists of one (1) be real. be you. hoodie ($38.00 value), (1) be real. be you. tshirt $28.00 value and (100) be real. be you. bracelets $4.00 value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are not transferable and are not convertible to cash. Only one (1) prize may be awarded per person. Must have parents' permission to enter.

3. WINNER: A panel of judges will determine the winner of the grand prize from among all eligible entries received on or before the “Contest Closing Date”. Odds of being selected are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received by the “Contest Closing Date”. Judges’ decisions will be final. Grand prize winner agrees to have her entry published in a future issue of Girls Can Do Anything Magazine.

4. GENERAL RULES:
a. In order to be declared a winner, selected entrants must correctly answer an unaided, time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question by phone at a predetermined mutually convenient time. Winners will be required to sign a standard declaration and release form, confirming eligibility and compliance with the contest rules and releasing Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc., its partners and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, the judging panel, from all liability caused by, or resulting from, the acceptance or use of the contest prize. In the event that a selected entrant cannot be contacted within two weeks of the contest draw another entrant will be selected.

b. This contest is open to residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, of any age, except employees of Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc., its partners and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, the judging panel, and all persons with whom they are domiciled.

c. All judges decisions are final.

d. Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc., its partners and affiliates and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, and the judging panel, each assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the website during this contest, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, services, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or the website or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrants, or any other persons computer, related to or resulting from the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of the Criminal and Civil laws, and should such an attempt be made Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc. reserves the right to change the terms of this contest, or terminate it at any time, without prior notice.

e. All entries become the property of Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc. and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrant who will be notified by mail or telephone and informed of all necessary arrangements. Entrants, by entering this contest, agree to abide by these contest rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization. Contest winners must consent to the use of their name,, city and province, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by Girls Can Do Anything Magazine Inc. in connection with this or any similar contest.

f. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
